Relax and reset with a Sound Bath Meditation lead by Rosie Brunin.
Please join us for a relaxing evening of taking care of your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health through the use of reflection, a small group activity, guided meditation, breathwork, and a sound bath lead by Rosie Brunin. Her mission is to help individuals in her community cultivate a holistic practice for their health and wellness. This class synthesizes all of the restorative modalities that will help you restore to your natural state of balance.
For this class, you will want to set yourself up for a deep inward journey by dressing in comfortable layers, as this will help facilitate deeper relaxation. We encourage you to bring your yoga mat, a blanket, a couple of pillows as well as an eye pillow or shirt/towel to place over your eyes to help your senses turn inward for your sound bath journey.
