Women throughout history have gathered during this time to support and empower one another in a journey of deep introspection. This circle is an opportunity to: ❀ Create connection and community in a safe and sacred environment. ❀ Tune into your own feminine strength and intuition. ❀ Have conscious conversations to learn and grow with other women. ❀ Engage in intention setting, ritual, and heartfelt sharing. ❀ Create an energetic web of support, nourishment, and healing for yourself and women everywhere. You are also encouraged to bring a special or SYMBOLIC ITEM with you. This item can be a symbolic object, a sacred or sentimental item to you, or any object you feel you wish to add meaning or ritual to as a way of remembering your experience. We will place our items in the middle of our circle as a symbol of our coming together. _________________________________ DETAILS:We are so excited to start hosting monthly women's gatherings at the beautiful studio of Christina's Therapeutic Touch! We will begin with a Cacao Ceremony to help open our hearts, set intentions, and connect with one another. Following the Cacao Ceremony, we will drop into a meditation together paired with Holographic Sound Healing. Each month Brooke will present a new Conscious Conversation Topic and open the floor for women to share whatever it is that wants to be shared. This is a safe space for you to feel HEARD and SEEN. This month's Conscious Conversation will be on the HERstory of women and honoring our menstrual cycles as well as the temple that is our body. In the HERstory lesson, we will go over how women used to gather in circles and the evolution of how women have been treated within society throughout time to now - as we begin to step into a time of reclaiming our Divine Feminine power. Brooke will also share ways to turn your menstrual cycle into a ceremony as it was once looked at as a sacred time for women many years ago. At some point over time, we have suffered a disconnect between consciousness and our womb. We will discuss why this has happened and practices we can do to help rekindle this connection as we remember the Ancient Divine Feminine within each of us. The goal is to create community amongst women where we are able to share with one another in a safe and judgment-free space. As women, we tend to carry a lot. When we gather as a community, we don’t have to carry it alone and can feel supported in whatever process we are going through. _________________________________ What is a Cacao Ceremony? Cacao ceremonies are helpful for getting clarity, setting intentions, inner-processing, self-renewal, keeping us centered, and connected to our hearts.
