Description

NRA Home Firearms Safety course includes live fire at the range gun rental, ammo, targets, and range time included. The class is $125 total. The $25 down payment goes toward the total and the remaining $100 could be paid at the beginning of class. HFS is a 5 hour basic introduction & general overview of the variety of firearms that exist. Its purpose is to teach students the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for the safe handling of firearms and ammunition in the home. HFS covers safety rules & procedures, causes of firearm accidents, child/family safety, firearm components, responsible ownership, proper storage & maintenance of firearms/ammunition, and MA firearm laws. The certificate for the course makes you eligible to apply for your license to carry in MA.
