SEEN Grey Cat in Queen Anne

Grey Longhair cat with yellow eyes spotted at 8:40pm today at location in pics. Queen Anne neighborhood. Gender unknown. Cat was super friendly and meowing alot, came right up to me for a pet..... Almost seemed a bit anxious... but the fur matting and condition of their coat made me think that it's someone's lost pet. See maps screenshot for exact location, kisa was still hanging out there last I saw.
