The Alternative Board Business Owner Roundtable Executive teams at most large companies have a board of directors to run ideas past, discuss strategy, and obtain guidance. Leaders of small and medium sized organizations generally do not. As such, its “lonely at the top” for most business leaders/owners. A Business Roundtable allows owners to experience the power of peer advisory. The meeting offers the host an optimal environment to engage with clients and prospects at a deeper level.
