Here are the top three stories in Charleston today: The Charleston jet that lost a winglet in early May has prompted an inspection order. Brazil's National Civil Aviation Agency issued the order after it was determined that the winglet on Embraer E170s was prone to cracking. A winglet is meant to reduce drag while improving range and fuel efficiency. (Charleston Post Courier)Disney Junior will be making a November tour stop in Charleston. The tour will be performed at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center on Nov. 5. The performance will feature popular characters from various Disney movies and shows. (WTMA)Charleston-area hospitals have been given top marks for quality of care during the national patient safety review's biannual survey. Roper Hospital, Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital, Roper St. Francis Mount Pleasant Hospital, and East Cooper Medical Center were all given top "A" marks by the Leapfrog Group.
