UNINCORPORATED MAINE TOWNSHIP, IL — A 23-year-old resident, who was discharged from Lutheran General Hospital on May 4 and had not been seen since, has been located and is safe. The Cook County Sheriff's Office made the announcement Tuesday regarding the non-verbal man. With no sign of the man from family and local law enforcement, Cook County Sheriff Thomas J. Dart renewed his request for the public's help in locating him last Friday. The man had been discharged from Lutheran General Hospital at approximately 9:42 p.m. Wednesday, May 4.
