With strategies for utilizing therapy balls as part of your movement regimen for pain relief, recovery and mobility. The Roll ModelĀ® Method is a soft-tissue conditioning based self-care format that uses grippy, pliable, rubber therapy balls for self massage, myofascial release and to help you target your 'body blind spots' and get focused relief from pain. Three different types of therapy balls will be used to target different areas of the body, allowing for an individual experience. This class will empower you to address pain, improve posture and increase performance (and make you want to burn your painful lacrosse balls, golf balls and anything else you're rolling on for pain relief). **Please note that class size will be limited to accommodate for social distancing and class may be canceled if minimum enrollment is not met. All therapy balls will be provided as well as yoga mats and blocks. If you have your own you are encouraged to bring them, but all of our equipment is disinfected and sanitized after use***
