You'll receive insight from critical professionals for every part of your real estate journey from purchasing your first home, to owning your own home, to becoming a real estate investor. During the presentation you'll have an opportunity to ask your pressing questions and engage in conversation with your peers and the professionals. Meet Your Hosts About Cynthia Lubin: Cynthia Lubin has over 15+ combined years in Financial Services, Accounting and Real Estate. Her passion for these areas came from lessons learned in her own personal financial journey as well as in her professional career seeing others dealing with similar financial issues. ​After several years of working in the mortgage and banking industries, Cynthia decided to pursue her CPA in order to better serve her clients in helping them build wealth. Cynthia went on to pursue her Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Professional Accounting at Rutgers University and has since went on to obtain her CPA, work for a Big 4 Accounting firm and a Fortune 100 Financial Services Company. After several years of working corporate, Cynthia decided it was time to return to her real estate roots bringing all she learned in corporate back to her community. In May of 2017, Cynthia decided to pursue her passion and is now a full-time self-employed accountant and realtor. Using the lessons learned from personal, academic and professional experiences, it is Cynthia's goal to utilize the knowledge she has gained to create more homeowners which she is extremely passionate about to and educate people about finances. About Queen: In 2015 Queen found herself in 50K debt. During her debt payoff journey, she realized a lot of her spending was due to emotional triggers. She used her knowledge of psychology, mental health diagnosis, financial research along with trial and error to clear her debt. Not only that but within the same year of paying off the rest of her debt, she also established her first business the Queen BluePrint Financial Clinic®️ and purchased her first home at the age of 26. Her mission is to help the Black community switch to a wealth mindset through financial literacy, financial planning, and financial therapy. She's assisted over 200 clients achieve financial stability, facilitated over 10 workshops & masterclasses as well as spoken/hosted multiple events in-person & virtually. March 6, 2021 Queen Candace became a Be Free University educator in the School of Finance teaching students how to repair their relationship with money and manage their money in their pursuit of being financially free ​ Her most recent venture is investing in Africa via the Royal Freedom Project™️. It's an initiative to bring Pan Africans back to the Motherland to reclaim their ancestral wealth through real estate communities, encourage them to establish their financial foundation outside of the U.S. and assist entrepreneurs in building global brands!
