2 Day Pole Barn Need Multiple Hands

I have taken on a pole barn project that prior crews messed up so bad. Tomorrow, I need help digging out 20 ft posts that are 2 feet down out, falling them, digging new holes for posts that are 4 ft deep, pouring concrete and erecting the posts correctly. On Thursday, the beams and trusses go up. There is possibility for work on Friday and Saturday doing siding and insulation. We have all the heavy equipment. We have a 6k 36' forklift inbound, 2 man auger, etc. Need men not afraid of heights and will bust their ass from start to finish. Must be amicable towards anyone of any path of life. I don't tolerate racism, sexism, etc. You'll take direction well and without complaint. If you work out well and this crew is good or some members are, there is more future work that is coming up. I'm paying $20/hr. Wednesday is a 5 hour from 11am-4pm. Thursday is same. I pay cash. I don't do Venmo, PayPal nor cash app bs. Text me 253 397 8033 or shoot me an email. Experience not needed. P.S.
