Press release from the City of Concord: May 5, 2022 Public Hearing Notice Authentic Concord Retail Cannabis Storefront (PL21153 – AA, ME, DR, DA) You are hereby notified that on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at the hour of 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 1950 Parkside Drive, Concord, California, the Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the following application affecting a parcel within 500 feet of property you own or rent. Application for an Administrative Permit, Minor Exception, Design and Site Review, and Development Agreement (PL21153 – AA, ME, DR, DA) for a 5,323 square foot cannabis storefront retail business located at 1045 Galaxy Way. The General Plan designation for this site is West Concord Mixed Use (WCMU), and the zoning classification is West Concord Mixed Use (WMX); APN: 126-325-004. CEQA: Categorically exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 (Existing Facilities), 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction), 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures), 15304 (Minor Alterations to Land), and 15305 (Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations).
