SAN JOSE, CA — A women died after she was found stabbed late Sunday night in San Jose, police said Monday. Officers responded at 11:20 p.m. to the 5200 block of Vera Lane after someone reported a person on the ground. Officers located a woman with at least one stab wound, according to police. She was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The killing is the city's ninth homicide of the year. The suspect is at large, according to police.
