Description
If you are caring for an individual or family member in your home, you may be eligible for a monthly, tax free stipend! The Adult Family Care Program pays caregivers to care for individuals, with disabilities or illness, with their daily needs ( bathing, dressing, medications meals). The goal of this program is allow the client to remain at home, in lieu of placement in a facility. The program provides the support of a registered nurse and care manager who will assist you with medical and social needs as they arise.
