Sand Hauling & Topsoil/Seed

Description

Looking to have a 10 ft x 10 ft area of sand dug out (it's about 5-6 inches deep) and it'll need topsoil and seed + straw put into the area to grow grass. There's another 10 ft x 10 ft area adjacent to it that I would like to have leveled out and the weeds removed as well as seed and straw.
