KKMH PROPERTIES Pacific Village Apartments Landsby Place Apartments MAITANCE TECH: We are looking for a skilled maintenance technician to assist the property in scheduled apartment turns, work orders, painting, repairs, general maintenance, and other assigned tasks. FULL-TIME/SEASONAL $15-$17/ HR. 8 hour shift Weekend availability Monday to Friday On call GROUNDSKEEPER: We are seeking a self motivated individual to maintain and upkeep the exterior of our facility. Duties: *Litter removal *Maintain dog park *Painting *Some landscaping *Maintain pool area *Maintain common areas FULL-TIME/SEASONAL $15-$17/ HR. 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
