Room in a *clean* basement that is ready for you to rent for any reason. Price can be by the hour or for 6 hours at a time. Separate access and complete privacy. Some ideas… a photo shoot, video shoot, recording session of any kind, painting or craft space… people have used it for DJ work during the pandemic when it was virtual. Use your imagination. There is a couch in the room but otherwise, bring what you need. Ground level access, no stairs. Just clean up when you’re done. If you need anything for the room just ask and I might be able to accommodate. Come with your ideas, nothing is out of the question let’s discuss it.
