ISO a band to join to our practice room. If you are looking for a cool, chill space to practice, this may be for you. Important info: The building is 24-hour access. We share a calendar to coordinate room use. We share a drum kit The room has a PA. There is some storage space, but not enough for drums or large amps. Room is clean and organized - not cramped and gross. Rent is paid electronically (e.g. Venmo, Paypal. Cashapp). Rent is month to month. Move-in rent is proratable. Move-out requires one month notice. Key deposit, and first and last month's rent due at move-in. If interested, please email for pricing and availability.
