Sodexo Corporate Services is currently seeking full-time General Maintenance Workers to support our client, a major pharmaceutical developer and manufacturer in Millsboro, DE Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour. Looking for employees to start work on June 1!! ***Please Note: Covid-19 vaccination is a requirement for working at this location.*** The General Maintenance Worker will fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings. This individual will paint, repair flooring, and work on plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning and heating systems Qualified candidates will have the following - High School Diploma or equivalent - At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or commercial environment - Excellent interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. The right candidate for this job must be reliable, punctual with good attendance and be comfortable performing repetitive tasks - Knowledge of and proficiency in OSHA and local requirements related to safety - Proven ability to prioritize tasks, self-manage daily workload and other assignments or projects with minimal supervision Sodexo offers a competitive starting salary with opportunities for growth and advancement.
