We are immediately hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor in the greater Spokane area. We are searching for someone reliable to oversee the day-to-day running of our apartment buildings. As our chosen Maintenance Supervisor, typical duties include but are not limited to: -Maintaining the property grounds to ensure the property is aesthetically-pleasing -Prepare vacant units for new residents ensuring that the unit meets the company standards/checklist -Complete work orders, involving basic troubleshooting, appliance repair, electrical work, and plumbing experience. -Provide stellar customer maintenance -Other responsibilities as assigned by Property Manager -Participation in the on-call rotation for afterhours emergencies as needed -Maintaining scheduling with both office staff as well as vendors Benefits Include: Affordable Medical Benefits, Dental, Vision Life and Supplemental Insurance Offered 10 Holidays Vacation Sick Volunteer Service Paid To succeed in this position, you should demonstrate an organized, thorough approach to your duties, be a team player.
