The Host Home Provider, is a contractor with Empowered Care, LLC, This is a unique opportunity that allows an individual to become a paid in-home caregiver to a person with an Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD). A person with IDD will reside in the Host Home Provider's home as a part of the family. Under the supervision of Empowered Care, LLC, Host Home Providers are responsible for care, support and tasks as outlined in the Individual Service and Support Plan (ISSP) of the person who has an IDD. A Host Home Provider is also responsible for providing and maintaining a home that meets Housing Quality Standards. This contract position allows a person to work from home and have the satisfaction of supporting and caring for a person. At the same time, our clients can reside in a loving home that allows for them to live in the most independent manner they are capable of. As a contractor of Empowered Care, LLC you must complete an application for employment, pass criminal, driving and references checks.
