Colorado Auto Body is looking to hire an experienced Estimator, a front office customer service representative (CSR), and an Automotive Detailer / Shop assistant for our new Castle Rock location. CSR Key Responsibilities, Assist in the following (Training Available): Customer service, invoicing, statements, payroll, scheduling Communicating with others to complete all assigned tasks Additional responsibilities to be addressed. Purpose: To train, create growth and produce a stable long-term career. Knowledge-Skills-Abilities CCCone - Quickbooks - Microsoft Office - Phone Etiquette Required: Experience as a CSR, Valid Driver’s License Also hiring Techs, Combo tech, Painter, CSR office, detailer, Parts Managers Automotive Detailing Requirements: Entry level position to an automotive career. We provide extended training so you can learn and grow with our company. -Automotive Detailing experience preferred but not required, Buffing experience is a bonus. -Valid Driver's License -Must have a positive attitude and great work ethic! Automotive Detailing Summary of Duties: -Cleans and refurbishes automobiles by cleaning, protecting, and preserving interiors, exteriors, and engine compartments; following quality and safety standards and practices. -Prepares to wash automobiles by gathering supplies; checking equipment; reviewing customer requirements. -Cleans automobile exterior by washing surfaces and tires, using cleaning solutions, cloths, and brushes; rinsing and drying cleaned surfaces; polishing chrome. -Protects and preserves automobile exterior by applying waxes, preservatives, conditioners, and dyes; wiping and buffing surfaces; applying touch-up paint. -Cleans automobile interior by vacuuming carpeting, ceilings, and upholstery; cleaning, polishing, and drying surfaces; treating spots and stains. -Maintains safe work environment by adhering to work standards and practices.
