i need help preparing my rental for a new tenant

I am preparing a rental on the west side and a rental on the east side of Indianapolis for new tenants. Both homes need minor cleanout of stuff, cleaning of floors and bathroom, minor handyman stuff such as remount a door whose hinges came off the jam, touch up painting, replacing some light fixtures, replacing blinds fixing screens and replacing an electric water heater. I need help on these projects. I am looking for someone that has their own transportation and tools and can show up reliably. If you are interested let me know we will be starting next week on the west side and the week after on the one on the eastside.
