Description

Black dog, with grey muzzle. Super sweet dog, very friendly, he is not able to walk, back legs do not work well. He mainly scoots on his butt. It appears that he has been this way for a while. No microchip. Found on 5/17/22 around 3 PM around 16th street. Humane society was contacted.
