Growing cleaning company looking for a team player that is self-motivated and capable of working efficiently for a fast-paced company. Some nights can be as long as 12 hours. We can be flexible on days and hours within reason. Prefer a full-time worker but can make an exception for the right person requesting part-time work. We have many offices and schools that are cleaned every night. No one works alone. Worker carpools with the owner in owner's vehicle. Job details: Full time/Part time Janitorial work $14-15/hr depending on experience Sunday-Friday work available Starting time: 5:30pm Ending time: 2am or as late as 6:30am? Duties: Daily- Sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and vacuuming. During summer- Help with stripping and waxing floors, shampooing carpets, and Deep cleaning entire buildings. Periodically- Shampooing carpets. Assist owner when needed with cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, breakrooms, meeting rooms, restocking supplies, and sanitizing high traffic areas. Work with another person as a team. Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older Able to be on your feet for 8hrs or more if needed. Able to lift 50lbs. Able to bend, stoop, lift, twist, and use hands a lot. Able to walk several miles a night. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must have own cell phone. Must have valid driver's license Must have own vehicle and be able to drive a manual vehicle (will teach right person) Preferences Full time worker Will make an exception for the right person requesting part time work. If you have a love for cleaning and like staying up late than this is the job for you. No dealing with people besides the person you're working with. Owner is easy-going and laid back.
