Mainlander Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to: + Fulfill work orders + Maintain the properties we manage in excellent living condition + Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents + Use computer to invoice and schedule + Coordinate with Owner Relations and Residents to fulfill work orders + Communicate with the property management teams the status of maintenance requests + Engage in safe practices Proficiency in the following are a must: maintenance person skills, general maintenance, minor plumbing, minor electrical, re-keying, caulking, and carpentry repairs. Your own tools are required. Must have: reliable transportation, good driving record and a cell phone, Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance.
