sweet kitty needs re-homed

My kitty needs to be re-homed. It breaks my heart but my lease is almost up and I am moving in with a friend and I cannot take her with me. She is not spayed and is almost a year old. She is super sweet, she has not been around other cats. She has interacted with dogs but it does take her a few days to warm up to them.
