Full-time maintenance technician needed to work on our apartment complexes and single-family properties throughout the city of Jacksonville. Duties and Responsibilities: Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of apartment complexes and single-family homes as well as unit turns. Essential duties include but are not limited to: -Drywall Repairs -Painting -Electrical Repairs -Plumbing Repairs -Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, and walls PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN NOT PERFORM ALL OF THE ABOVE Experience Requirements: -Must have at least three (3) year maintenance experience (past or current) -Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation Required
