Rehoming purebred German Shepherd

We are rehoming our 11 week old purebred German Shepherd puppy (comes with all the papers for AKC registration) who is mostly potty trained, has great eye contact and attention, good with other animals including cats, is friendly with children and strangers (is socialized for the most part). Walks on the leash, and knows commands like “sit.” He is currently teething and likes to chew so we are including chew toys and treats. He is getting bigger every day and will need to be with somebody who can handle this type of animal. We would only re-home to a family who has the room for this dog and that includes having a back yard and place for his large crate. The reason we are rehoming is because we have too many animals as it is and our work schedules have changed and we will not be able to spend time with him. We believe he should go to a good family with children or a bigger family than just my wife and I. The re-homing fee for this is $400, which includes: Two metal crates large enough for a full grown German shepherd, food, toys, chew treats, and all documentation for AKC registration. He has had his second round of shots and is close to his third. We will provide all vaccination papers.
