Skilled Drummer or Lead guitarist wanted

Hello, my prog rock band, Turantula Trust Fund is seeking a fourth member to fill out our line up and improve our sound. Currently there are three of us, I play guitar and sing, and we have a bassist and drummer as well. We have 10 songs fully written and practiced and are ready to start playing shows as soon as we have them recorded and we are making expeditious progress on that as well. Our primary interest is finding a drummer who can learn the songs quickly. Our current drummer is very good, but he would prefer to be on guitar and we would prefer he be on guitar as well, however since drummers are so scarce, he has been forced to play drums for a while, and these aren't easy songs, lots of time signature and tempo changes. We are all in our early 20s, 420 friendly, and are very leftist in our beliefs. Please be the same because we want to be friends as well as collaborators.
