Lost Bkack/White Tuxedo Kitty

Chad here... So I'm working for a homeowner in West Linn and this really nice kitty came to visit me on the deck where I'm cutting up material etc. He looks pretty dirty and 'I'm 'assuming' he's lost his family... As he's (not totally sure it's a 'he'.?.) thin and generally looking pretty sad. He's got a small piece missing on the tip of right ear, nice long tail, no collar or name badge, white whiskers and just a cool malnourished dirty little kitty. I have a cat and cannot responsibly take on another. I hope his family finds this posting and comes to collect this Awesome lil guy. He's currently at the bottom of the culdesac on Willamette View Ct. My fiance went to get him some snacks as it looks as if he could really use some tlc. Best, C&T
