compensation: Pay based on assigned project not hourly pay Reliable, skilled workers needed for basic make-ready work and renovations for apartments. Must be experienced in interior and exterior painting, drywall/tape, and float/texture, lighting/ceiling fan/electrical fixture installation, basic plumbing. Experience in apartment make-readies preferred. Welding, concrete, tile installation experience is a plus! **Must have your own tools (don't show up with just a screwdriver and a paint roller) **Must have transportation (this means a car, truck, a reliable way to get to work) **Must have active, fully functioning cell phone *** MUST BE RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, READY TO WORK 8 OR MORE HOURS DAILY, 5-7 DAYS A WEEK IF NEEDED! **This is a fast paced working environment with set completion dates that can not be delayed. We don’t have time to babysit so if you are not able to work independently and get the job done, please do not apply.
