Asphalt Maintenance/ Sealcoating/ Striping Signature Land services is looking for someone skilled in asphalt maintenance. Compensation: $22 + DOE Employment: Full Time • Experience is required. References to be verified. • Duties include o lot preparation o heat lancing and crack sealing o seal coat application (both by hand and spray methods) o lot layout and striping. • Knowledge of cleaning and storing equipment used is a must. • Must be responsible and handle equipment in a safe and professional manner. • Must be able to work days or nights. • Must have a working cell phone. • Valid Driver’s License and DOT Med Card is required. A clean driving record necessary (5 years.) There is opportunity for advancement and year-round work. **Weekly Payroll** Benefits are available for full time employees.
