Remodel bathroom for house flip

Looking for someone to remodel this bath for a house I’m flipping. Job entails repairing drywall and prep for paint, painting walls, ceiling and baseboard. Also install floating laminate floor, install baseboard, install new vanity with faucet and re-install toilet that is almost brand new and cleaning and caulking shower unit. I will buy all the major materials just need the labor to complete job looking to start ASAP. Please be a small company or single person looking for reasonable rates and future work if everything works out good:)
