Here’s some info about the job:
Sanitation Engineer (9-4pm or 4pm-close)
Accurately and efficiently cleans all dishes, follows through with all prep items asked by Chef or supervisor. Closes the dish area to the standards set on the dishwasher opening/closing lists.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• cleans all dishes, small wares, and silverware then distributes to the line
• maintaining the cleanliness of the dish room
• following all kitchen SOP’s for closing
Requirements of the Position:
• no experience necessary, excellent training will be provided
• positive attitude
• open availability, flexibility is a must
• team player
