I was trying to find help, I couldn't find my way home and I was hungry and thirsty. It's hot out. When I was brought to the shelter I was so scared and stayed in the back of my kennel trembling. They took me for a short walk, I kept stopping and going. Once we got to the yard I explored, relaxed a little and became playful, played with toys and engaged in a game of fetch. I took treats gently too, let the nice lady pet me on my head and even put my head in handlers lap and leaned in for petting. I need love, comfort and a home! A Staff person took me to the office for a break from my kennel. She had some great things to say, she said I'm improving daily and just need more time which I don't have. She says I don't have an ounce of aggression in me, I'm just scared. He takes a bit of time to warm up, give him that time, and he's your best friend. I have no bites on my record. There have been no dog evaluations done so it is unknown how I would do with dogs, but I haven't been reactive towards other dogs. I'm fearful of their barking at me and it scares me. I'm now at risk if euthanasia 5/18 I need a patient loving foster home in Arizona to save me. Can you foster me? I promise to love you!
