Looking for studio space

Hi there! I'm a glass and fabric artist looking for a studio space to rent, ideally in a shared co-op type place, but I am open. I'd like to have at least a 10x10 area that is mostly private. Not finding many art collectives in Phoenix. I am in Tempe, but would travel 15-20 minutes for the right space. Bonus if I can have my dog with me. Thank you!!
