Artis Metals Co. Inc, is looking for somebody to handle fulfillment of customer orders requiring daily warehouse tasks including order processing, packing, shipping, special order and freight quoting. The right candidate can handle a fast paced environment that requires some problem solving and attention to detail.
Experience with warehouse work is not necessary and we are willing to train and work with those willing to learn.
Main Duties and responsibilities are:
• Receive & input orders into the company’s order fulfillment system (some copy/paste in microsoft excel)
• Pick and pack orders in cooperation with Warehouse Management to keep inventory accurate
• Assure product quality & order accuracy
• Track status of customer orders & advise management and external customers of any shipping delays
• Assist with ground returns
• Communicate with office team when mistakes are discovered & advise of necessary corrections
