Grounds Maintenance Worker: We're looking for someone who is: - Experienced as a Grounds Maintenance Worker - Timely in Completing all grounds’ projects - Strong in Work Ethics - Respectful - Teachable/Trainable - Detail Oriented - Energetic (Hard worker/one who Hustles) - Good at Following Instructions If you fit this description, please contact us at 262-358-9926. The variety of tasks to achieve a Pleasant and Functional outdoor environment are: - Raking (lawn and beds) - Trimming (hedges, shrubs, and small trees) - Pulling weeds - Removing dead, damaged, or unwanted trees - Edging sidewalks - Weeding and Mulching landscapes - Over-seeding/Fertilizing lawn - Sweeping/Cleaning dumpster corrals - Picking up any garbage on property - Other Projects *Grounds maintenance can be repetitive and physically demanding, requiring frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling. The property is located on an apartment complex in Kenosha. Must have a Driver's License. To clarify: this is not a full-time job but a project need basis, a side gig, Spring through the Fall.
