I need someone whose competent & licensed to swap out the grounding rod from the old main panel to the new main panel, as the system is double bonded. Also a couple of minor things, if there is time. I'm on a very, very fixed income, so I'm looking for the happy medium between excellent work & very cheap price. I don't care if you're retired, or licensed in another state, but I will require proof that you're competent & skilled.
