Looking for an entry level maintenance assistant. We have a full-time or seasonal opportunity for a maintenance assistant to assist our maintenance technicians to repair and maintain rental properties throughout the greater Waukesha area. Duties include but are not limited to: Responsible for the upkeep of the grounds and exterior of the buildings. Responsible for cleaning out large items left in units. Responsible for demolition and construction cleanup in remodeled units. Ability to work on ladders. Ability to lift 50#. Assisting the maintenance technicians with make readies and light maintenance work. Garbage removal. Painting Help with snow removal and lawn care. Self motivated with the ability for work alone and in teams. Must have high school diploma and valid drivers license.
