Property management company is seeking a hard-working, energetic, Building Custodian with an attention for detail to add to our Milwaukee team. The right individual will be, reliable, able to work with limited supervision and in a team environment. We offer a great working environment with opportunity for advancement within the company. Candidates MUST be 21 years of age, possess basic knowledge of janitorial and maintenance related tasks involving: sweeping, mopping, dusting, changing light bulbs, garbage collection, snow removal and other miscellaneous janitorial work.
