I believe Hayward was showing discord towards the branches ill function. To break it down and build it back up. That's what his post seemed to me.
A true liberaltarian would want the same. Less gov, less laws, less bureaucracy. Would want smaller gov. Break it down to simpler form. You don't fit that. So what form of government as 'a liberaltarian' would you prefer? Just asking for fun.
