Keynote Zoom Help Anywhere?

Hello: I'm trying to do a Zoom share of a Keynote presentation; the presentation has video (with audio). I was hoping to use the preview inside the Keynote file for this (where I can make changes on the fly). PROBLEM: The other person cannot hear me talk, but can't hear the audio play on the video. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to upload this to iCloud or something first? Frustrating. let me know if YOU know thanks martin
