Remember SCAMMERS are willing to go above and beyond to make you trust them so you send them a deposit. They might even send you a picture of their ID and a picture of them holding a cat but unfortunately that will not help you to get your money back. Do not trust them if they Text you or Call you with a number or if they do a video conference with you. They always try to get a deposit of $300 to $400 from you. I had some guy that did meet me in a parking lot of some Walmart to show me the kitten but still did not want to let me have the kitten, he wanted a deposit and told me you can pick it up next week. lol... There are a lot of SCAMS around purchasing purebred animals on craigslist. A true breeder's price is above $1200 and they most likely ask a deposit not more than $200, they will also give you their location for you to go see the animals.
