Cleanup and yardwork- new home construction

I am currently building a house and I could use some help cleaning up and doing some yardwork as we are getting close to finishing up. The work will include: 1. Haul off misc. trash (e.g. brick and mortar, silt fence, etc) which are near the driveway. This will probably require you to take one or two pickup loads to landfill (Alcoa-Maryville City Landfill) which is only 3 miles from the house. The landfill charges around $20 for a pickup truck and I can reimburse you for this. 2. Completely sweep out the garage. 3, Remove and haul off the silt fence that is along the front of house. 4. Completely sweep out the house (total is 1,675 Sq.ft. with 3 bed/2bath) to remove dust and some construction debris. 5. Wood floor has already been installed on most of house so I want you to put down brown protection paper over a big part of house and tape it down. I will provide paper and masking tape. 6. Clean off all windows (both sides as allowed) and remove stickers on the windows. 7. Get the crawl space ready for plastic which basically means a little raking to smooth it out and remove big rocks. The crawl space has about 5' head room so it is easy to move around. 8. Spread seed and roll out the erosion control fabric along the sloped areas on each side of driveway and behind house. The erosion fabric comes in 8'x110' rolls and you basically unroll it over the seed and then install metal pins into the ground to keep it secure. The part of the work will also include placing some rip-rap (about every 10') along both sides of the driveway to keep it from getting washed out. 9. Spread seed and straw in the yard areas that have recently been graded. This is mainly in the front and rear areas that are not too steep that require erosion matting. I am guessing that this will probably take about 8 hours and you need a truck in order to take the materials to the landfill. I will pay cash when the work is done. Give me a fixed price to do this cleanup and yardwork and haul the materials to the landfill. You can exclude the landfill costs if you want from your quote and I will handle the costs. I want this work done this Wed and Thursday. You need to bring your own brooms and I will provide a wheelbarrow (mainly to haul the brick from the left side of house).
