We repair concrete driveways, sidewalks and take on various masonry projects. The work is throughout the Greater Cleveland Area. I am looking for someone who is hard-working and reliable to be my full time project assistant. If you want to work full time, at least five days per week, this job may work out for you. If you want to work less, this job will not work out for you. The pay is generally $20.00 per hour. Let's talk about the pay - and let's be honest: At the end of each work day I pay you $10.00 per hour. At the end of the work week I pay you another $10.00 per hour for being on time and working five days. (That's at least $800.00 weekly) and then every month we look back at the last four weeks and pay a bonus equal to your average check (which should be another $800.00 if you worked every day). So, that is $4,000.00 per month paid only to someone who wants to work full time and expresses that desire by actually doing it and not just saying it.
