We are a well respected Property Management Company here in Cleveland looking to bring on more Contractors & Rehabbers. We specialize in Single Family and Two family properties. We also have a handful of apartment buildings. 1) We have opportunities for Rental Maintenance (ie. Tenant calls says their toilet is running) 2) We have new Landlords who just bought a property and it needs to be Rehabbed 3) We have about 50 properties a month where the tenant has moved out and we need to get the property back in to Show ready condition for the next tenant We can provide you with Full Time Work if you are interested. We process 50+ move outs a month so we have a lot of work for quality workers/crews. We need Handy Men / Rehabbers / Carpenters / Drywallers / Painters / Plumbers / Electricians / Clean out Crews and Yard Crews. (Please pass this info on if you know someone we should speak too...Thx!) It would be ideal if you are familiar with City Rental Inspections and Section 8 / CMHA / EDEN inspections. You must: Have your own tools, car/truck, phone. Please reply with what your experience is?, type of vehicle and tools you have and what type of jobs you can handle.
