The atmosphere at our bar and lounge is the utmost priority - there is no alcohol being served. We hire the best and promote within! Bartenders make $75 per shift and tips - after training as a bar back, which make $60 per shift and a portion of tips. We hold a high standard for product prep, cleanliness, and customer service. Shifts: hours 12 pm to 6 pm and 6pm to 12pm weekdays, Friday and Saturday til 1am. You must be a personable individual who is hardworking and has the ability to simultaneously perform front and back of house duties - including side-work and clean-up. We have a loyal group of regulars so the ability to engage with our patrons while juggling shift duties is absolutely necessary. The ideal candidate is self motivated, a team player, accountable/punctual, honest, responsible, flexible, energetic and interested/willing to learn about our products.
