Hello there, I'll be managing a house in Durham this summer and I'm in need of a professional to provide "handyman" services for the house/tenants. E.g. appliance repair, replacing a faucet, in-sink garbage disposal, etc. I just need someone reasonably available to fix something that may come up. Requirements: - Have your own tools - Accept venmo for payment for individual jobs - Ok entering the home (I'll notify the tenant) using an electronic entry code - Able to service a house in Durham in a day or two - Reliable Please let me know if you're interested.
