Description

We our in a single story business complex. There is no trim. Tape off at the celotex grid above and rubber baseboard below and thats it. Straight runs. You just need to have your rollers / tub, brushes and protection for the floor so that it doesnt get paint on it. We provide the paint and will prep the walls (spackling the pin pricks and take everything off the walls). You will have to tape off the rails and mirror in the bathroom prior to painting. Our target is $250 cash.
